Nikki Hendricks has dedicated her life to finding innovative solutions to intractable operational problems, raising the bar in respect of quality and staff performance and championing communication as a means of breaking down barriers and getting the most out of a team.  Nikki has a passion for doing the right things right.  Her background includes many years in operational management, training, communication consulting and running a Telesales Operation at South Africa's largest life office.  Nikki holds an Advanced Certificate in Leadership from the UCT Graduate School of Business.

Andrew Honiball's focus is to ensure that IT solutions provide real business results that add to the bottom line, without costing an arm and a leg and without sacrificing quality or security.  Working originally as a well-site geologist on an oilrig, Andrew’s career in Information Technology started as a desktop support specialist at a leading life assurer.  He was subsequently appointed network and server administrator; Infrastructure Manager for a 350-seat call centre; and Manager of the Project Support Office, where his successes included the implementation of a Siebel CRM system. Andrew Honiball holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from the University of Port Elizabeth.

Operations Manager, Anthea Mead joined the OC2 team as an agent and very quickly impressed with her incisive mind and natural leadership ability.  Anthea's office management experience at various small and medium sized businesses made her a highly complementary addition to the OC2 management team and her role within OC2 changed rapidly as she became a key member of the team. Anthea is a back-up to Nikki Hendricks, and is also responsible for all aspects of office management as well training and coaching of  staff.
